Gangster Rubal Sardar, a member of the Hashim gang, was arrested by the Special Cell of Delhi Police at Amritsar Airport, official sources said on Saturday.
According to the sources, a lookout circular (LOC) had been issued against Sardar, who had been under active surveillance by police teams prior to his arrest.

“He was apprehended as part of an ongoing crackdown on members of the Hashim gang,” a source said.
